Protection Plans
Comprehensive tenant protection coverage is required for all active units. Choose from our tiered protection plans covering accidental damage, water intrusion, and unexpected losses up to $20,000, or verify your existing personal property policy prior to move-in.
02. Compliance
Permitted & Prohibited
For collective facility safety, flammable liquids, paints, propane tanks, explosives, perishable foods, live plants, and hazardous chemicals are strictly prohibited. Furniture, documents, electronics, seasonal items, and dry goods are always welcomed.
03. Move-In
Locks & Checklist
Heavy-duty disc locks or cylinder locks are required for all roll-up doors. Remember to bring a valid government ID, sign your digital lease agreement, test your personalized electronic gate pin, and obtain on-site packing supplies prior to loading.
